Where are you located?

We are based in New York, USA.

Can I order a different length or style for a product?

Yes! Most of our items can be customized. If you need a different lengths, simply leave a note with your order or email us at clientservices@repurposedvintageallure.com We are happy to accommodate requests for chain swaps or extenders, where possible.

Shipping & Processing

While we aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days, please allow up to 5 days for processing, especially for handmade or customized items. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders.

Most orders are shipped via USPS, but if you have a specific carrier preference (e.g., UPS, FedEx), let us know by emailing clientservices@repurposedvintageallure.com Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays.

What is your return policy?

You can return or exchange items within 5 days of receipt. To start the return process, please email us at clientservices@repurposedvintageallure.comwith your order number and reason for return. The product must be in original, unworn condition for a refund or exchange.

Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping and restocking fees related to returns/exchanges. If your item needs adjustment, such as lengthening or shortening, we’ll make the alteration free of charge, but you will cover the shipping costs.

Do you offer repairs or and warranty on purchases?

Because each piece is handcrafted using authentic, repurposed vintage materials, we do not offer a formal warranty or repair service. However, if you experience any issues with your necklace chain, clasp, or overall condition upon receiving your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at
clientservices@repurposedvintageallure.com with your order number, photos of the concern, and a brief description. You will be responsible for any shipping costs and additional materials required. We’re happy to review your concern and assist where possible.

What kind of packaging will my order come in?

All orders come in our signature packaging, making them perfect for gifting. If you need extra gift boxes, just leave a note with your order, and we’ll accommodate your request!

The item I want is out of stock. When will it be restocked?

Due to the nature of some of our unique pieces, we can't always guarantee restock dates. However, you can sign up for restock notifications by clicking the “Email when available” button on the product page, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s back in stock!

How do I care for my products?

To prolong the life of your items, avoid excessive moisture. Remove jewelry before showering, sleeping, swimming, or applying perfumes and lotions. Clean your pieces with a soft cloth and store them in an airtight box when not in use. Each order comes with a care guide to help maintain your item’s quality.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! International shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and most international orders are shipped via DHL express.
